- I LIVE and LOVE Interior Design. I eat, breathe and sleep it! I have been running Design Concepts/ Interiors,LLC, my own design firm, since 1993, servicing clients in the NY Metro area. I am as comfortable working on a suburban residence as I am in a sleek, modern city apartment dwelling. In fact, the variety of locales and client’s styles is exciting and fuels my creativity. One of my main goals is to involve the client in the creative process. It is important that a space reflects the personality, needs and desires of its inhabitants, not merely the tastes of the designer. I love to give back to others. I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and I am also a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner. This allows me to integrate Eastern methods and theories of design and balance into my practice. I am a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and serve on my Chapter's Board of Directors.
